Louisiana's new law

I would not even have known about Louisiana's new law requireing proof of age to access adult content had there not be a national story about PornHub attempting to divert Louisiana isp addresses to comply.
The new law allows a website to be sued if a minor in Louisiana is harmed by looking at adult content.  Their definition of adult content includes the female nipple.  While a billion dollar site such at PornHub
can afford software engineers to direct Louisiana incoming traffic to digital wallet software and can afford lawyers to handle lawsuits and settle lawsuits, our site can not.  Our websites must be diligent to adhere
to the requirements of the statute.

Let's be frank:  MardiFlashers and Flash4Us are little more than hobby sites.  One photographer with contributions from a few other photographers who over twenty years as amassed 100,000 images of public nudity
events.  The niche market for that content is a very narrow audience of less than 200 members, and the two websites earn less than $10,000 profit per year.  I, and my family, can not afford to be sued.  Nor do I have
the software expertise to implement the digital wallet, I only know how to operate the 18 year old software to publish the sites!  So to comply with the new law we are doing the following:

1) All nudity outside of the membership area has been removed.  Any sample images posted outside the membership area moving forward will be censored to comply with the statute.
2) Any person joining from Louisiana will need to submit a digital proof of age via email.  Once viewed and notated that proof will be deleted as per the statute requirement.

The free images that were outside of the membership wall brought new members via Google image searches.  Time will tell if we can remain profitable without that marketing.
